  1. Send To is on the File menu. Send To is similar to the Save/Save All/Save As commands, except Send To creates a disk file from the currently selected headline through all its sublevels. Use Send To when you want to save only part of your information, either in MORE format or in one of the other formats available. When using Send To, MORE also saves any rules, graphics, and document windows attached to the suboutline. Send To has the following options:

  3. List box   Displays the names of outline files and their folders on the currently selected disk.

  5. Send To   Displays the text of the currently selected headline as the default file name.
  6.  
  7. File Type   Displays a pop-up menu of file types when you hold down the mouse button.
  8.  
  9. Send   Saves the outline from the current selection according to the selected format and file name.
